We the owners of this cottage only accept definite bookings, if you require a booking you must return the booking form and payments received from us with 5 days.

Your days will be on hold during that period of time, short weekends and stays require the full payment instead of securing your stay with a deposit. Weekly rentals are subject to a £150 deposit and an advanced full payment of 6 weeks.

• Minimum Period of Stay is 3 nights at £80 per night.
• Per week rental Minimum is £355 based on the number of people and also the period of year booked.
• Rental Period is between January and July.

Get in touch with us to find out what dates are available, and any additional costs involved. All the gas, electric, water is covered in the rental, and extra towels and bedding can be provided on request. It is recommended you hire a vehicle for your stay and for getting around the Peak District, we do not provide details on companies or car hire prices, this you would have to do in advance.
